This means you set your own schedule, work at your own pace, and are not subject to employment-based requirements, benefits, or obligations.
Referral-Based, Not Sales-Based
The program is built around referrals — sharing information about healthcare access options and support services with people in your network who may find them useful. There are no sales quotas, no mandatory targets, and no pressure to recruit others into the program. Your activity is entirely voluntary.
No Employment Benefits or Protections
Because ambassadors are independent contractors, participation does not include employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, or employment protections. You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in your state.
